Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with us.
Last updated · May 17, 2026
SlipSpace AI Technologies LLC ("SlipSpace", "we") operates the website at slipspace.ai and delivers Custom Agentic AI Solutions to our customers under engagement agreements. This policy describes what we collect, why, where it goes, and how to contact us about it.
What we collect
The only data we collect from visitors to slipspace.ai comes from the contact form you choose to submit. Specifically:
- Name and organization (required)
- Email address (required, so we can reply)
- Phone number (optional)
- The brief or message you write to us (required)
- File attachments you upload with the brief, if any (optional; up to 5 files, 20MB total)
We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party fingerprinting on slipspace.ai. The only cookies set are essential security cookies from our content delivery network (Cloudflare).
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry, scope an engagement, or follow up on a conversation you initiated. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for marketing.
Where the data goes
To deliver submissions and respond to you, we use a small set of trusted infrastructure providers (processors) acting on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosts slipspace.ai and processes the contact form submission
- Resend — delivers the contact form email to our inbox
- Microsoft 365 — stores the inbound email in our mailbox
- Slack — notifies us internally that a new brief arrived
These providers handle your data under their own privacy commitments and are contractually bound to use it only to provide the service to us.
Google services and YouTube data
We operate a YouTube channel under our own corporate Google account and use the YouTube Data API to publish videos we produce ourselves. The Google OAuth integration accesses only our own YouTube channel — it does not access, request, or store any data belonging to visitors of slipspace.ai or to viewers of our YouTube channel. SlipSpace's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and any resulting engagement, plus up to one (1) year afterward for business and legal records. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time using the contact details below.
Your rights
You may request:
- A copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of your data
- Restriction of how we use your data
We respond to verified requests within 30 days. Email us at johnground@slipspace.ai with the subject line "Privacy request".
Children
slipspace.ai is a business-to-business site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 years of age.
International users
SlipSpace operates from the United States. If you submit a brief from outside the U.S., your data is transferred to and processed in the U.S. by the providers listed above.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted in a notice on the site.
